We wish to make every customer happy. We offer free video e-books of all our titles to ensure you will be happy with your purchase. If you expect to require a return, we recommend ordering through Amazon.
If you are unhappy with your purchase from our web site, we can often offer a courtesy replacement with a different title subject to availability, though.you will need to pay for shipping to return your purchase and receive the replacement.
If your item was received damaged, please contact us and provide a timestamped photo of the damage taken within 48 hours of receipt. We will happily provide a replacement at no cost to you.
